Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect style selection
- Incorrect size selection
We kindly ask you to review your order carefully and use our size guide before purchasing.
⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
Include clear photos or videos of the issue.
We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.
📏 Size Issues
All Pretty Tips nail sets are selected based on your chosen size.
If the size does not fit, we are unable to offer a return or exchange. However, we’re happy to help you get the perfect fit next time.
You may place a new order, and we will provide a 10% discount on your reorder.
